Growing up without access to someone she could turn to, she understands firsthand the impact of silence, isolation, and the absence of resources—especially within underrepresented and Black communities. Her "why" is personal: to become the person she once needed. She now uses her clinical expertise and compassionate presence to offer others what she longed for—guidance, understanding, and a path forward.
